Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English

  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong service mindset

  • Basic computer skills, such as proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Able to work in shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)

Responsibilities


  • Provide comprehensive customer service across various communication channels

  • Continuously develop knowledge of products and services for each business to enhance customer service efficiency

  • Maintain high service standards, focusing on creating a positive customer experience​

  • Systematically record and manage customer data for future tracking and analysis
