Qualification

- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong service mindset
- Basic computer skills, such as proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer service across various communication channels
- Continuously develop knowledge of products and services for each business to enhance customer service efficiency
- Maintain high service standards, focusing on creating a positive customer experience
- Systematically record and manage customer data for future tracking and analysis
