Contact Center Supervisor (Customer Service)

Duties and Responsibilities :

Provide information, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and make correspondence with customers through omni-channel (call, web chat, Facebook, email, etc.).
Communicate and coordinate with relevant business units where necessary to follow up customer issues (cases) from end to end.
Provide excellent customer service and be the front-line contact point for businesses in diverse industries, e.g., retail (Thailand’s leading retail store), entertainment (world-class content provider), e-commerce, and property development (premium condominium and residential housing).
Diagnose and prepare daily operational report of performance issues or problems.
Oversee, monitor, and supervise team to achieve the company’s performance targets and objectives.

Qualifications :

Male or female, at least 25 years of age.
High school graduate or higher.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and internet.
At least 5 years of experience in contact center.
Able to work in shift (5 working days & shift hours).
Good leadership skills.
Good command of both Thai and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
